I would have never thought I could go under 22 minutes after a tough day at work on a random Friday when I was feeling my oats. Honestly, a year ago I thought my best high-end power was behind me. I made a couple adjustments to my training, and had another breakthrough on postural restoration with Mike Bartels and all the sudden I'm climbing better than ever. Also can't ignore the fact that my XTC is a mother flipping rocket ship.
