Zwift - Group Ride: USMES's BIG BIRTHDAY BASH Ride (E) on Beach Island Loop in Watopia - sub 2.5 ride, could not hang, legs absolutely dying, didn't want to cramp and be bad for 3-4-5 days so had to ease
Zwift - Race: Stage 5: Pinarello Powered - Mayan 8 (D) on Mayan 8 in Watopia - a D again! Shelled all the same, fighting for 15th or so, and only because I caught some early goers. Couldnt sprint, shifter is really bad
Zwift - Race: TFC Mad Monday (D) on Canopies and Coastlines in Watopia - went all out until blew up, lasted 5 min, was getting gapped etc prob 3 min in. wondering if zwift uses NP for ftp, not AP. my 20m power is too low for ftp
Zwift - Race: Stage 4: Pinarello Powered - Loop de Loop (C) on Loop de Loop in Watopia - not much to say, crampy, shifter wacked, need to fix things to set things right again
Zwift - Group Ride: PACK SUB2 Saturday + KOM After Party (D) on Libby Hill After Party in Richmond - 3 ahrd sprints, dying, dropped chain 2x in2nd sprint, need to replace/fix shifter
