House sitting for friends down in Central California in Nipomo. Felt a little rusty after a week off.

After riding this route probably not a great choice.  A long stretch along the levy turned out to be private farmland and had to hop a few gates. No one yelled at me though. Then I was on a 55 mph road with no bike lane or shoulder for a few miles while the wind kept pushing me to the side. But that's part of the fun of exploring...sometimes you find something magical and sometimes not so magical.
