so much running on rocks!  i was impressed by how (relatively) stable the terrain was, there were some looonngg sections of rock-hopping that would have been much less fun if everything moved.  i was dealing with some right hip flexor pain that crescendoed for the last hour and a half or so, so i was in damage-control mode the way down from mummy.  carried my phone but didn't take a single photo, oh well.  this is a really fun (runnable!) route with some stellar views.  looking forward to seeing who brings it under 4 hours!
