Solid day overall. Road racing is hard tho 😂. Kind of a tough course with lots of slown inclines and a random switchback in the middle. (5:17,5:18,5;04,5:20,5:26,5:06). Did a good job I think staying engaged during the hilly/tough parts of the course. Tried to find a rythm as mile 3 started but couldn’t hold 5:05 throughout the entirety of it. Best race I’ve had in a while. Looking forward to continue training and racing with this team. The energy was amazing. Can’t wait to see this effort on a fast course. Overall, I’ll take it, not bad.
