    you want to try and go and do a 8 hour shift after a morning training session, with no time to flush out the legs before work been in agony and dead on my feet all afternoon/evening

    had a rest day today, but got a longer session but lower intensity tomorrow, probably be the last time I take my Bianchi Oltre XR4 out this year as I will be switching to my winter bike until March.... because we cyclists are tough....no pain no gain. I need to go see my Physio and get my neck sorted properly after my crash in the summer.
