  5. Will Webb

Yeah Teresa! Super long run despite the challenges!

  6. Stephanie H.

Way to hang in there despite those conditions. You are such a strong runner!

  7. Ben Flores

    Fantastic run!!

  8. Tasha Arnett Kane

Wow!!! Great work on that long run!!!

  9. Russell Hunter

Long run and you kept it up even though you were feeling bad.

  10. Appalachian Runner

Very nice run Teresa!! Sorry to hear how bad you're feeling. Stomach issues are horrible! I hope you feel better soon. I deal with nausea almost every day, especially in the mornings. Heat and humidity aren't a problem right now. Our low temperature last night was 14°F. From one extreme to the next.

  11. Johan Kriel

Well done Teresa. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." I'm not sure I subscribe to that adage.

  12. Barefoot Teresa

Thank you, Johan Kriel, Appalachian Runner, Stephanie Harvey, Russell Hunter, Tasha Arnett Kane, Ben Flores, Katie Estill, Will Webb, Laura Ready, and Bob (Barefoot) Allsopp! Part of the reason I was able to persevere is that Sandy is a patient running buddy. Derek C. ⚓, I’m ready for Wild Hare only if we have a surprise cold front pass through the hours before the race. Current forecast for Saturday: high in the 70s. If we have low humidity that day, I stand a chance of getting through it without tummy problems.

The same was said last year, Teresa. The starting temps ended up being 41°F! Either way, the course is plenty shaded, aside from the very start and right after the mid aid station.
