I learned a lot again! Unfortunately, I missed my goal of under 40 minutes by 39-45 seconds, but this only gives me strength to keep fighting. :) I need to train even harder, pay even more attention to recovery.

Still, it was great to experience my progress, and I'm proud of the result.
I'll make another attempt to go under 40 minutes at the Cogwheel Canter Running Festival on the last day of the year. Until then, I'll keep training hard.
If others can do it, I can too!!!
