I didn't start the movie right away. But, about the time the movie finished (around mile 40), I noticed my heart rate was starting to go up slightly. I'm not sure if that's because of fatigue, or lack of hydration, or maybe the room warming up some and me not kicking the fans all the way to full speed.... or, some combination of all the above. <shrug>  It doesn't appear to be related at all to a change in power as I seemed to be fairly steady through the entire ride.

In any case, I initially set out to go for 4 hours. But, with closing in on the 6th lap, I figured I would pull the plug a bit early. Besides, it was already knocking on 2AM and I would like to get a few hours of sleep before getting up to see the kiddo off to school. 😝
