German Long Socks

It‘s so coooold 🥲. Long sleeves and tights today. Could probably go with shorts, but the outside of my right calf is quite tight, so I wanted to keep the muscles and tendons warm. Didn‘t feel it much, so I think it‘s just a matter of stretching and foam rolling until it loosens up a little. 

Might have to put insoles back in the Brooks since I can feel my foot overpronating slightly 😅.

Rest day tomorrow 🥳.
