Last day sleeping in the altitude tent. That was four weeks almost on the dot. I was really enjoying the calmness sleeping in the tent, but the process of unzipping to pee was a real reason to hold it in as long as possible. I might keep the tent on and keep sleeping in it without the altitude generator. I think it's the cocoon effect that was so calming and the rhythmic sound of the airflow (not the generator that was in a separate room). I might add it's clear my dating life is non existent rofl. The tent also made staying out late and drinking alcohol not fun so I didnt drink much this entire period.

I remind myself to stay present, to appreciate the beauty of this journey as much as the summit itself. Every breath, every small victory matters. Today, I am ready to give my best, to trust in the process, and to let each experience guide me forward.
