Rovinky jsou rozhodně těžší než kopce! Není moc na co se dívat, ale vytrvalost se musí budovat pomalu. Tepovka příjemně nízká, i když to možná způsobovala ta zima 🥶 Musím přiznat, že jíst při běhu je mnohem těžší než na kole. Ale „datlička k datličce“...

Flats are definitely tougher than hills! Not much to look at, but endurance has to be built up gradually. My heart rate was pleasantly low, though maybe that was just the cold 🥶 I have to admit, eating while running is way harder than on a bike. But hey, “date by date”...
