Between heading to Calgary this week for work and likely destroying myself at the Gunner Shaw 10km on Saturday I figured using some lieu time to rip an Infinity Loop was my best option for the Fall Classic this week. Felt super flat the whole run and like I couldn’t keep the gas on but surprisingly rolled over the line with a PR. I guess slow is smooth and smooth is fast… likely also some increased fitness thanks to Nico Lightbody Andie Pask and the Peak Endurance Wednesday morning crew 👊🏼
