Overall happy with the day. Best power I've put out in a 70.3 (354 avg/360 NP in TP), and remained in good control all the way and managed to back it up with a solid run (probably a legit 1:12 something 1/2 marathon, official time 1:10:24). Had no idea what to expect from my body given the slight sickness in the last days but body actually responded very well from the moment the gun went off and I felt good pretty much all day (no signs of any infection). 

For me, this race was about practicing "raising to the race occasion", and squeeze out every bit of fitness I had in me at the this particular time and I truly believe I achieved that goal today, which feels very rewarding. Then of course, you want to finish higher than 7th but simply hats off to the guys in front, many super solid days out there today. 🤩
