Tak začínám s tréninkem :) Nemohl jsem dát nic ostřejšího, protože mě pořád bolí stehna, snad to do středy povolí. Tepovka pořád trochu nízko. Poctivě jsem celou cestu papal sušené banány.

Starting training now :) Couldn’t push too hard because my thighs are still sore—hopefully, they’ll loosen up by Wednesday. Heart rate is still a bit low. I diligently munched on dried bananas the whole way.
