Nohy ještě rozhodně že skyrace nezregenerovaly 😅 Po rovince to ještě trochu jde, ale běda, jestli mám běžet z kopce. Včera jsem ještě začal s očkováním proti vzteklině. Naštěstí žádné vedlejší účinky a od letoška to má jen dvoudávkové schéma, takže ušetřím 😉

My legs are definitely not recovered from the skyrace yet 😅 Flat terrain is somewhat manageable, but running downhill is pure misery. Yesterday, I started my rabies vaccination. Luckily, no side effects, and as of this year, it’s just a two-dose schedule, so that’s a win 😉
