pretty cool. very happy about it. really love 1 mile and lower. want to keep focusing more on 400, 800, 1k, 1500m, 1 mile, and still do 5k's for fun and stuff.















Never felt acid in legs - though some in lungs. 















































also want to look into these "all comers track meets". Just love going fast.































































weather was great (cold), battled with several people to get top 3, kicked decent at the end but should have kicked harder, that's my only regret.































also, as far as getting focused/psyched up, watched lots of NFL highlight films today, of Beckham Jr & Marshawn Lynch, just got me more amp'd up and aggressive.... lmfao.
