    Sofa bike gives unskilled rider false sense of control. Ironically, sore ribs and elbow weren't the biggest impediment to sleep. Hamstrings must have cramped a dozen times through the evening and night, every time I tried to stretch or moved wrong. What's up with that?

    Not unusual for me, except it usually happens in the calves after a 10,000ft mountain ride or VT50 race. Perhaps the cup of Zambia peaberry coffee I had after the ride exacerbated cramping issues. Coffee does that to me.
