VEGAN CHIKEN ALFREDO: 
130g protein | 1,600 cal

PASTA : Banza chickpea shells
SAUSE : tapioca starch + Sea Moss + Seasoning + oat milk + tofu
MEAT : Meati mushroom root chicken 
VEG : Broccoli 

	•	Mix the cheese kit in a blender with oat milk and tofu.
	•	Simmer the mixture on a sauce pan and add seasonings like red pepper flakes and Himalayan salt.
	•	Cook down the sauce to the desired thickness.
	•	Grill mushroom root chicken breasts on low.
	•	Season the chicken breasts with Himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, and every day seasoning.
	•	Stir-fry some broccoli that has also been seasoned to perfection.
	•	Cook chickpea pasta as normal.
	•	Drizzle cheese sauce on the pasta.
	•	Plate the pasta and cut chicken breast breasts and a thin strips and place on top of pasta.
	•	Plate broccoli.
	•	Do a funny dance in the kitchen to celebrate that you’re a motherfucking chef and you’re one bad ass mofo.
	•	Eat this 130g protein , 1600 cal, unit of a dinner.

We didn’t use enough oat milk and the cheese got pretty thic. I liked it, but Kristin wanted a more creamy texture. Other than that, it was fantastic.
