Beautiful sunny day with no wind and ideal temperature for running; cool but not cold and no need for gloves. Conditions less grey than in 2023 and nice support out on the course. Started brightly not going out too hard but moving through into the top 10 ish after the first short lap and halfway through the 1st long lap. Unfortunately gaps started to open up and I started moving backwards over the course of the next lap. Hamstrings slightly tight but actually felt a lot better than they had a day or two ago after session on Tuesday. Fantastic team result upgrading from a bronze in 2023 to a silver this year.
