You'll do fine if you get well. In the 2 weeks leading up to Decker, I only had 3 runs, a 6.5 mile, 5 mile and a 4.5 mile. Your base fitness is super and it will pull you through if you can get rid of the crud. Think positive!!!

I actually do feel more relaxed about the race after reading your comments. And truthfully I have to breathe before I can run well, so taking things easy so that I can be 100% by race day makes sense😊❤️
