V zásadě se můžou posrat dvě věci - zmůže mě horko nebo se poseru. Na horko jsem se snažil adaptovat na trenažeru, možná se tam dala narvat ještě jedna session navíc, a jako prevenci střevních potíží už beru týden probiotika. Uvidíme.

Basically, two things can go wrong – either the heat will get me, or I’ll get leaky shit. I’ve been trying to adapt to the heat on the trainer, maybe I could have squeezed in one more session. As a precaution against stomach issues, I’ve been taking probiotics for a week. We’ll see.
