First time I’m racing more than 5k since Berlin marathon.
Not sure what to expect ahead of Farnborough HM tomorrow 🎯 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿  👕

My last HM was the Big Half where I ran 69:27.
Barely slept this week.
But I do have lots of frustration to burn off..
So let’s gooooo get it!! In a fresh pair of Pro 4’s 💛💙
