AMR 2 … back in Marrakesh. 
I ummed and aaahed, but if I had turned right to tackle that climb I’d still be there now

5000 ft in 22 miles on gravel, rocks and snow , then downhill hike a bike for 4 miles.  I simply could not have done it. 
Gutted. Still only eaten one yoghurt since 16:00 yesterday, and just had an orange juice. Can’t face eating.

This ride profile is downhill most of it …. How I went at 10mph is testament to the way I feel. 

Right call. 

I’ve actually nearly fell off my bike stood up in Marrakesh square typing that as I fell to sleep mid word !!
