(Barefoot RSD 1111) Wrapping up ATX quickly to get to SAT ahead of the storm - but I think I've lost my running mojo.

  1. Geri L.

Never. Don’t say it out loud. Joking aside, how do you feel?

  2. Julie W.

No you haven't, you just need proper motivation and a bit more rest

  3. Laura R.

Noooo you just haven’t been feeling well.

  4. Stephanie H.

You're still getting over the crud. You'll be back to 100% soon!

  5. Johan Kriel

Teresa never. You keep me going in my dark hours.

  6. Kim F.

    It’s still there!

Right, Geri L? Saying it aloud is like making it for real. The problem is that I think I’m feeling better, but for a little lingering congestion, then I go for a run, during which I feel tired and struggle to breathe😥 BUT cedar highs hit the same time I caught this virus so maybe it’s just a double whammy. Thank you for asking!

Thank you, Julie Wolf. Maybe some motivation - the weather today was certainly not good for motivation. But maybe if cedar pollen was exacerbating the respiratory problem, this cold weather will clear away that factor.

  9. Barefoot Teresa

I hope so, Kim Frick! Thank you for your optimism!

Thank you, Johan Kriel! What an encouraging comment! You and I just keep plugging along, don’t we! Going along slowly and methodically is better than not going at all😊❤️

Laura Ready and Stephanie HarveyHarvey, I hope it’s still the crud just hanging on, maybe with a little added cedar fever. One thing is for sure: the running streak is doing its job. I’d have missed MANY days of running in the last two weeks if I weren’t nurturing a running streak. I guess right now that has to be my motivation.
