    Right, Geri L? Saying it aloud is like making it for real. The problem is that I think I’m feeling better, but for a little lingering congestion, then I go for a run, during which I feel tired and struggle to breathe😥 BUT cedar highs hit the same time I caught this virus so maybe it’s just a double whammy. Thank you for asking!

    Thank you, Julie Wolf. Maybe some motivation - the weather today was certainly not good for motivation. But maybe if cedar pollen was exacerbating the respiratory problem, this cold weather will clear away that factor.

    Laura Ready and Stephanie HarveyHarvey, I hope it’s still the crud just hanging on, maybe with a little added cedar fever. One thing is for sure: the running streak is doing its job. I’d have missed MANY days of running in the last two weeks if I weren’t nurturing a running streak. I guess right now that has to be my motivation.
