Not much pep this morning, so an easyish TWT Loop... but on the incline out of town toward home, I was reflecting on and thankful for my improved left hammy strength/function this year over last, so did my first short hill workout at the end. Just 4 times up the steep lower hill at the bottom of the driveway at moderately hard effort. Something to prompt a bit more strength and functional range of motion out of various muscle groups.
