My tendon is getting better, thanks to YouTube exercise program. So I went for a longer ride to see if it is indeed better or not. And this time took my usual gel and energy bar. And stopped a lot.

In the end, went better than expected, and I had energy up to the end, which is awesome. Tendon still OK, will check again in the morning, but I’m hopeful!
