Nice run on the trails of Sloan Canyon in Henderson, NV. 4:56 good enough for 2nd place male 🥈. 

Super proud of my daughter Olivia for winning the 5k race for the females, also super proud of the LV Goat Tribe for showing up and putting in solid efforts across the board. 

Kudos to everyone who toed the line and pushed their limits today. Shout out to Heidi and Triple Dare Running Company for putting on a great event! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This was my 2nd fastest 50k ever. Still running strong at 47. Consistency is key. Get out the door everyday and move your body. ✌🏽
