    Good call ! Yeah, running with a full sloshy stomach is slightly worse than running weak and shaky, but only slightly!

    Thank you, Julie Wolf! We’re in San Antonio this weekend. We were supposed to have cold weather, but it was pushed out of the forecast until today; this Friday run was drizzly and damp, but warm. I think y’all got some cooler weather Friday, though, up in LV?
