This ride felt tougher  than it should have, probably because of the heat and my lack of heat acclimation at this point in the season.  On the other hand, I kept up on my nutrition and hydration and am pretty happy about that.  

I had a puncture on Sand Canyon Rd that the sealant wouldn’t seal.  Had to use a Dynaplug.  It gave me a chance to use this new portable electric pump I got.  Much better than trying to inflate the tire with a mini hand pump.
