Not too shabby for a triathlete…

Don’t normally post on here but I’m quite pleased with this one. Confidence was rock bottom after hearing what power targets everyone else was hoping to hold 🤯. First lap felt pretty horrible, mainly just stressing about underperforming. Then for whatever reason I just relaxed into it and told myself to race my own race over and over for half an hour. Ended up surprising myself 😊
