missed some of the warm-up.

8x400m at 5k pace (target 6:05) with 90sec recovery

My programmed Interval workout got out of sync at some point and I started doing 90sec intervals instead of 400m.  But because pace was so close to target of 6:05, I barely noticed and thought the measured intervals (cones laid out) were just long.
