Možná za to může ta mísa kari, co jsem si dal před vyjížďkou, ale držet jen těch 300W mi vůbec nešlo. Naplánoval jsem si 20 minutovky, ale na zhruba 18. minutě mi došel kopec. Na té vytrvalostní síle to bude chtít pracovat, ale se vším, co letos plánuju, na to asi moc času nebude. Vytrvalost samotná je lahoda. Mimochodem, dnešní YouTube video ... Maybe it was that bowl of curry I had before the ride, but holding just 300W just wasn't happening. I had planned 20-minute intervals, but around the 18th minute, I simply ran out of hill. I definitely need to work on my endurance strength, but with everything I’m planning this year, there probably won't be much time for it. Endurance itself feels amazing, though.
