    Oh No Phil, not another injury! You must be feeling pretty damn fed up, so hoping that its not too bad and you can make a rapid recovery.

    I had a good run of 3 months with no issues. My backs been painful all week & I think that is why my calf broke. Hopefully I’ll be jogging again soon; JK may happen. Who knows.
