Hundreds of riders. Believe it or not I think there were more rim brake bikes than disc. I think it was refreshing to see the varied abilites of riders and varying level of bikes. Even a penny farthing, loads of tandems too. Very busy day out on the roads though, and as a seasoned road rider I was worried for people’s safety on these A roads through towns and cities.

Training session went amazing, high tempo to Cardiff, Z2 return and then just over 400w for 5min after 3500kj.
