ESRC Group Run 31/25- Easy Mileage

I was gonna do about 10 miles steady @GMP. I felt pretty strong and comfortable but then My nose started to bleed about 2.5 miles in my run. Once it stopped and continued to run after, I started to feel extremely weak. So I tried to jog home and call it. This has become a huge concern. For the past few weeks, I’ve had a nose bleed at least once a day. Sometimes twice in a day. I’ve never had them this common before and it’s coming out of the right nostril. They happen out of no where. While I’m driving, just sitting still, and of course during my runs. It even happened yesterday at the track meet while I was going over an athlete’s goals for their summer training. This should have stopped happening by now and I’m starting to get a bit worried. I need to go see my doc asap!
