Rained before the race and it was slippery so I switched to a storm surge - junk voodoo- storm surge wheel set up.  It was awesome grip for 4 miles and then the pavement dried out and it felt like my feet were stuck to the pavement.  6th place I think.  My time last year was 1:32. And 1:29 in 2023.  Guess I’m getting old and slow.  I was suffering in a 4 person chase pack for about 9 miles before mostly solo the rest.  “We” were chasing amazing Matt Andersen, but I just couldn’t….

EDIT:  I went back and changed my previous races from biking to skating and stole the KOM lap from Matt.  Sorry dude.
