Kimee Howley asks me if /not/ running is harder than running.  There might be something to that.  Here I was on a task most of the day until I got restless and headed out after 8pm. 😄 One minus of the darkness is it's harder to read the speed humps.  That led to one awkward foot plant, but all's fine.

1 warmup + 8 originally intended but did 9 at GMP effort without looking at the watch + 1+ cooldown;

9 in 1:06:55 (7:26 average) by this watch, 1:06:46 (7:25 average) by the other watch;

That's on target 🥳 but varying more wildly than I would've thought if I looked at the watch.

I'm impressed the Laufey Chase Center show is sold out. 😮
