Incredible lunch run

After various running injuries over the past year, I am trying something new. After discussing it with my physiotherapist, I have bought new shoes without any anti-overpronation support. I used to have that and we are now going to try without it to see whether my body responds better. So back to square one for this run with walking and running, but I do feel my body in different places, the run did feel pretty good.
