Gave it all I had, second week of running this year and wanted to gauge carry over from skiing. Got off Denali two weeks ago today. Felt really good, albeit quite hot and I took some shit lines on the final push. Plus some large snow patches on that annoying traversing bit. Was inspired by Cam’s nice, post ski season run at Sunapee to try this. 

Intention was to time trial the round trip but my quads were basically liquified at the summit so I walked down. Done in a pair of Scarpa spin ultra 2’s which are really nice. Thank you to mister Josh Oblad for helping me pick those out. 

Certainly increases my respect for Jason’s RT effort on Olympus.
