CMPC day 3 - playa San Juan then the Masca loop - Escalona to finish for a solid day 👌

CMPC day 2 - Santiago del Tiede / Teide and Escalona to finish , cracking day on the pedals 🌞👌

This was a goal for me and Simon in our 50th year but unfortunately he had issues with his back and had to pull out last minute , definitely is a full on day , I found the night riding hard especially keeping on route even with mapping on screen , a broken boa on my shoe at Eastbourne , a crash at the Dyke and then a slashed tyre at Cocking led to a lot of delays but glad I cracked on - amazing support from Semone and Connor ( really good for morale to suddenly see him on the trails this morning and ride with me and then be there at the finish for a celebration pint 🙌🤜
