Sweet Spot

This 55-minute workout targets the higher end of zone 3 and the lower end of zone 4 (90% of FTP) and helps prepare riders for harder zone 4 and zone 5 efforts. At an intensity often called the Sweet Spot, this workout consists of three 10-minute at tempo-threshold intensity with 8-minutes of easy spinning at 65% of FTP between intervals.
