Lunch Walk

I’ve been a raw nerve lately, so I needed to do something to soothe my nervous system.  A bike ride across Kent Island did the trick. It’s been awhile since I rode the Cross Island Trail. They put up new historic signs along the trail. I will have to take some time to read them all the next time.  I made a few pitstops along the way: the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, where I did some knitting in nature, and Sugar Doodles for lunch, where I had an Old School Banana Split for lunch. Now I’m home, in my inflatable hot tub in the backyard, and once I’m done with that I think I will zone out with some video games.
