Durability testing after yesterday's 3 hours Zwift session which is also the start of 4 weeks training block. Muscles were very tight at the beginning but eventually loosened up. Then I decided to do several 5 mins to 10mins efforts, as long as traffic allowed it. The numbers are looking good so far, quite satisfied as it's coming along well.
