5:18:02 official time. Headwind out and head /side on way in. Only 3 of us with last 3rd split up and mostly solo. Got cramp just at the bottom of 1st Ryal, had to walk, rode up 2nd.  Run into the finish was spent on the verge of cramp and a couple of times over the edge. Not sure if not enough salt, wearing two pairs of bibs circulation (both had holes in different places :p) or simply a bit too frisky in the first half. Openly say that I wanted under 5, however considering there were only 3 of us, head winds and cramps on the run in it's not too bad and is faster than last year! All in all, good stuff.))
