Trying a run again

I decided to do some intervals today, to put some speed in it. However, I find it really hard to adhere to the speeds that I have set. Which means that it was all out or nothing. With one interval being a minute quicker than I was supposed to do it. But anyway, it was good to get it in and I’m happy to have finished it. But next time I need to learn to control myself. 🤣🫣
