I left before sunrise and used my lights this morning because I knew heat and a headwind would be starting up late morning. The gravel at the start felt a bit sketchy with limited visibility so I took it very slow. 

Hachita is very cool, there are friendly and GDMBR-enthusiastic locals and a lot of border traffic coming through the store. 

45 miles to the border tomorrow and I’m done!
