I was supposed to run longer but woke up too "late" for that. Starting before 6am is already a win in my book though.

This was probably my best run since I restarted this year. I could control my pace quite ok and felt good at the end, despite no morning fueling. Yesterday rest day was crucial. 

First 4k : easy at 5:30/k
Second 4k : around 5:10/5:20 targeted (went a bit faster)
Then goal was 9k at 4:50 but only had time for 5k but run them at 4:45 (slightly negative elevation)
