Skipped yesterday session programmed by runna.
I felt I had not recovered yet from Sunday's run. 
Now I am good. 

We entered the season during which we can enjoy the scent of kinmokusei (I don't even know the name in any other language). An orange flower from a tree. It is the best scent and it usable also in tea. I recommend.

Also I noticed workers cleaning up the road sides of the half marathon course and others mending a bridge (should we be worried 😅)
