Darrel Williams those shoes or those trails? 😋

    Gorgeous! They glow!

Shoelace garage?! Cool term! Great idea! How did the shoes feel compared to other Saucony ones you've run in?

  7. Ann Marie Chappell

I liked them, but will not run in them for road any more unless it's a short stretch between trails. I'm used to such minimal road shoes, I felt like I couldn't run in anything like a trail shoe on roads. Also need to Size up a half size in this model next time. I do like the tread, the fact that they feel lower to the ground, the shoe lace garage :), and the rounded toe shape.

Thanks! I love to know the "personality" of shoes! :I'm currently wearing Hoka Cavu. At least this month ;)

Ann Marie Chappell too bad strava doesn’t do GIFs !! Those are the trail shoes I run. The men’s version to be exact 😉

    wow! That's cool!

Darrel Williams do you think the Koa runs short?

  12. Darrel Williams

Ann Marie Chappell yes! I ended up with size 11 when a 10 normally fits and gives me a little extra room. They have been a good shoe for me but I don’t have anything to compare them to as they have been my only trail shoe. I do feel like they are a bit on the heavy side.

OK, Darrel Williams , I thought so too. I'll let the rep know we both think so! And yes, I really dislike trail shoes. Have only race in trail shoes twice - those ridiculously muddy 50k races - you were there haha! Koa is a little more nimble than the Peregrine I think. But still feels unlike what I'm used to.
